Talent Assistant
We are looking for a passionate Talent Assistant, eager to learn about the creator business. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, a masterful multi-tasker and has excellent editing capabilities. They will be responsible for working with Talent Managers on all day-to-day operations including daily scheduling, creative development and any additional tasks while maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional behavior while representing the creator.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating logistics for client and manager events including, but not limited to scheduling meetings, video shoots, paid appearances, press events, etc.
Assisting in the preparation of internal tracking reports and external post-campaign analysis
Providing client and sales team support on brand integration projects
Assisting with accounting needs such as invoicing for various projects, T&E reporting when necessary for talent as well as managers
Prioritizing and managing time-sensitive deliverables on a daily basis
Assist managers in day-to-day operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep knowledge and passion for Social Media from a business and consumer perspective (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms)
1+ years of talent management, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
Incredible communication skills, both oral and written.
Superb teamwork and team management skills.
Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn from some of the top digital talent managers in the industry.
Work hour flexibility.
