Talent Coordinator
We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to join the Talent Management team to organize and run effective influencer campaigns for our clients. Successful candidates should have 2+ years of experience, be familiar with content creators, brand execution, and social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc), with have top-notch organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Represent Currents as the point of contact for external brand/agency partners.
Execute on select client-facing duties, including business procurement, as well as fostering ongoing business relationships and negotiating service agreements.
Create and maintain reports on agencies & brands that are active in the industry.
Support clients in the assistants respective vertical on a daily basis.
Identify and vet inbound opportunities across all Currents clients.
Generate market research identifying popular trends.
Track and process multiple deals using internal systems.
Assist managers in day-to-day operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep knowledge and passion for Social Media from a business and consumer perspective (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms)
2+ years of talent management, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
Incredible communication skills, both oral and written.
Superb teamwork and team management skills.
Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn from some of the top digital talent managers in the industry.
Work hour flexibility.
